Perth Spray Foam Insulation
Mike and his team at Perth Spray Foam are incredible! They insulated underneath our addition on sauna tubes last year, and just came back to insulate our crawl space. After his recommendation we did the walls instead of the joists. And WOW! What a difference. After -35 last night our water didn’t freeze as it usually does and our furnace didn’t kick on. If you haven’t had Perth Spray Foam to your place get on it!

I had Perth Spray foam insulate the basement of my 70 year old home. What an incredible difference!!! My house is so warm, and no more dampness. The change was immediate.Mike was an absolute pro from start to finish. He completed the work in a morning, and everything was neat and tidy when I got home. Mike is experienced, friendly and truly knows what he is doing. His pricing was very competitive. Not only was the basement job done right and the rock wall looked great, but he also spray foamed two other small problem areas in the kitchen area to the greatest satisfaction of the senior homeowner with limited income where he did the work, at no extra cost. I would highly recommend his services to friends and neighbors .

The other reviews are right on. Excellent! From the first call, they were responsive, willing to work (which seems to be a fading quality these days), available, and was straight forward with the quote and the product. The price was very competitive. I tend to do my own home projects, but you can't beat this work in time, material, and craftsmanship. Happy customer.

Michael came today to apply foam to stone walls in the basement of our 1857 house and a large root cellar. He was here 15 minutes early on the day arranged and went through everything he was going to do and then carried out the work making sure we understood to stay away from those areas for 24 hours to avoid inhaling the vapour. He responded quickly to emails and phone messages and provided a professionally done quote for the work. The invoice was good value for excellent quality work. Throughout, Michael was friendly and pleasant. We recommend him unreservedly.
