I loved the food as usual it was so good and their service is also very good but I noticed there was too heat inside the store that really makes me uncomfortable and because of that I am not able to enjoy the food

I really like it, i go there daily for my food. But in summers i have noticed they do not have AC. I dine in there usually. I am usually done within 15 minutes, but i really feel bad for the staff working there. It’s almost 35 degrees in Surrey, and there is no AC inside. No doubt the food is amazing, but I felt that the working conditions for the staff isn’t good.

$18 for HALF A BOX OF CHICKEN ON THE ROCKS. I've eaten at many Osmow's in Canada. Ones in Toronto, ones in Edmonton, they fill the box up to the rim with rice and chicken. This is like literally scam portion size. Osmows is great but this location is not value at all!

I like shawrma platter from here. Usually its good and there is no complaints about taste. But I believe this particular time portion was significantly less. Picture you see is after eating one spoon but still considering its large OZ box quantity was noticeably low.

I ordered falafal oz box and fries on side from this place yesterday through uber eats and when i got leftover fries i think it must be from a day before as you can see from the image and fries tastes so bad. Also the falafal oz box i asked for medium spice and it was so spicy, even caesar salad is not fresh.My friend is the manager in osmows in ontario whenever i visited there the food i got from that location osmows is so fresh and tastyand i was expecting the same from this store too but its isn’t worth it.

Good food, 8 or so levels of spice I got medium and if was to hot for me although they were nice enough to give me a sample of the hot hot sauce to try and home.Food was cooked fresh quickly

I tried Osmow’s for the first time after my friend’s recommendation.Jot (who works there) made me the best Shawarma I ever ate in Canada.He was so polite and nice person to talk as well.In total, the place, quality, quantity and main thing- The taste, Everything was worth of money and good.

Nice place for authentic shawarma. We got the combo for two that included one wrap, one plate, 2 salads, and 2 pops. The food portion was goof for two people. I got the medium spice level but it still was a bit too hot for me.
