I might have gotten lucky, but in and out in less than 45 minutes to renew my health card and apply for the Ontario photo ID. The young lady that serviced me was very polite, super helpful and you can tell she is just a wonderful soul. She also had the cutest white daffodils nails, I'm sorry I did not catch her name!

They are super fast! So quick service.I entered at 12pm & there was a line up, but everyone was moving ahead at a good speed.Big parking lot.My turn came at 12:10pm and I was done and out by 12:20pm staff is wonderful. They all were talking nicely to other customers.I saw one lady calling a couple in front despite the line, just because they had a kid with them. It was very nice!Renu helped me there, quickly and answered all my questions.My query regarding driving license didn't resolve here, I have to visit driveTest center for that, but I really loved this Service ON location.I saw many service ON locations with bad reviews, but this location had many good reviews. And now here I am writing the same. Yes, they are the best in entire GTA.Thank you all!

It took me around 5 minutes to figure out where to go if I had an appointment but after that, the service was super fast (keep in mind I had all the documents needed so make sure you check online what you need for the service you require before going).

This is how a government service should be . I was in line it moved quickly. They processed my plates and out the door . One thing they did exceptionally well was , people who didn't have the right paperwork. They gave a brief description of what they needed and moved them along . Not rude , but appropriately efficient. Too many times people come in unprepared and want to stand and talk endlessly . They rightly cut that off here . Excellent service

Exceeded our expectations.Extremely fast processing and opened till 5PM!Got our health card application done in no time. Initially, we went in the morning, but due to lack of docs, we had to leave.Then, we went again in the evening near closing hours, bypassing the line (at least 10-12 were in the queue, coz she told us that we don't need to wait in line once we come back) and got the process done in like 5 mins!

Got my work done pretty quick. Long line for 12-15 mins but they completed renewal in 3-3.5 mins

The staff were exceptionally friendly & very helpful & informative!! Also I found this location to be less crowded then any other I've been too !!

Scheduled an appointment here because it said that you can renew, switch to photo health card or apply for health card here. When i get here, waited 30 minutes just to be directed to another service ontario location. On the website it says they both offer the service, why don't they get the website information correct.

Fast service, there was a lineup but it wasn’t too bad went to renew my photo for my drivers license. It’s good when they have more than 3-4 people working cuz that would make it faster.
