I went there Tuesday midnight and it’s closed. The site said it’s open 24hrs but it’s not. My battery only 14% left and where should I go! OMG! Please update your operation’s hours!

Warning, the chargers are on the 3 floor lower level. As a result I got charged for sitting at charger after charging was complete because I could not get any updates from Tesla App. Luckily I knew it estimated a 30 minute charge time and was only a few minutes late - but got charged $1 per minute Otherwise it’s convenient except for getting charged parking fee as well.

Located in the Rideau Centre Parking garage of downtown Ottawa. When stores and restaurants are open, it can be convenient to leave you car there to charge and do some shopping or grabbing a bite at a restaurant nearby at By Ward Maket. Parking is not free and if you are there for two hours it can get pricey.

On P3 level of Mall , had to pay $2 for every half hour parking to access the chargers . Right across from the elevators and floor was pretty quiet

This bank of first generation (72kW) superchargers tucked in the bottom (3rd underground) level of the Rideau Center parking lot is convenient and saves you from the weather - I charged on a rainy day and was fully charged in less than 2 hours, starting at 250 miles per hour. I will definitely be returning to use these chargers again.

3 level basement parking. No reception nothing. At least it's beside elevators... it is nice if you need to go to rideau mall, but having to go through the whole maze just for a charge is dumb. Have to pay at least 4 bucks to park on top of charging cost.

Not the best location to have superchargers.Even if you have an errand in Rideau Centre:Car has no access to internet due to being on P3; This means you won't know when your car is fully charged while shopping in Rideau.Charging doesn't take that long to shop while charging anyways, so no advantage there either.

Location was easy to find inside the mall parking structure. There were available stalls which was nice. Got to 75% from 30% in about 35 -40mins which was wonderful since I was driving back to Montreal and needed to catch my flight.

The place is well signed and located in P3 of the parking garage. Just be aware of re-entry into the parking garage after the Centre closes. It's difficult to find an entrance at night. You also have to pay for parking. it cost and additional six bucks for a hour of parking, however your rates maybe different.
