I had a need for septic system replacement to enable my property be ready for sale. Matt was personal and knowledgeable. He provided the best quote. A contract was agreed upon and signed. The work was scheduled for 17th June, 2020. Matt and his crew did not show for the work on that day. He would not respond to my phone calls, texts, emails or Facebook messages. He left me hanging with a much needed project. I found someone else after much effort. So not only did Matt lose out on my job, a neighbour down the street hired the new contractor due to their work performed. So that business was lost to him as well. Perhaps a one off, but consumer be aware.

Matt recently replaced our sewer lateral that was improperly graded and did a great job. Finish Grade Excavation was the only company, out of five that I contacted, that showed up to our home to examine the work to be done, and provide a quote in a timely manner. Matt did the job quickly and efficiently and you could not even tell the lawn had been excavated he did such a neat job with the landscaping. He was easy to work with and did everything he could to make the process easy for us. I would hire Matt again in a second, and recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again!
