This evening, I walked in with approximately 25 games from 2 different systems, all for trade in. The 2 clerks on duty that night (one of which was new) got through everything in under an hour, and made me feel welcome and appreciated the whole way through. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a place to trade in old games, as they give you great value and customer service. 5 stars!

Been coming here since they opened and they always have what I need. Although I'm removing a star for my disappointment with their aftermarket adapters and such. They're of really cheap quality and prone to breaking.

Don't buy from here. They sent me the wrong Xbox in the mail....and don't wanna let me return it. They are garbage. SAVE YOUR MONEY! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND THEY DO NOT CARE ONE BIT!!

All I can say is, Thank You PNP! You guys have brought back my childhood! Went in there for my favorite game, GTA: San Andreas and of course they had it! Wouldn't go to any other Game Store. The staff are exactly what you expect at a game store.

Okay store. Employees aren't very professional with handling games. Picked up a copy of GTA IV and buddy was eating a sandwich while fiddling around with the disc to put it in the case. Even left me a few crumbs..

Great staff, good selection and just an awesome place to be. Would much rather support a small business full of people who love the hobby than a big box store. Their online shop is also great with cheap fast shipping.
