I live off island and tried several local shops to no avail to find a piece for my Lawnboy lawn mower.I had all but given up hope when I found Mack's Repair.They received my piece within a week and then fixed it and serviced it within a few hours of dropping it off.Super efficient, incredibly competent and Kevin, the owner is a genuinely great guy who deserves your business.10++++Highly recommended, saved me several hundred $$$ on getting a new mower.

Highly recommend Macks Repair! I went there thinking my Honda mower had a serious problem, turns out it was minor, they fixed it quickly and sent me home without even charging me! I did not expect that, I can not think of any other repair shop that would do that, they have made a customer for life and I will be sending many friends and family.

Mack’s Repair is 5 stars for me!! I had a problem with my snowblower in middle of winter. My snowblower was fixed within a week. I can always contact them when I have questions. And their yearly service fee is economical. I recommend them to everyone because they are knowledgeable and service is excellent!!!

Mack is such an amazing guy and am glad to have met him. He always educate you before repairing you lawnmower or trimmer so that you don’t spend unnecessary money. I was referred to Mack’s Repair by MTD Canada to repair my 8-year-old Yard Machines snowblower. Kevin Mack was a pleasure to deal with throughout: always accessible, helpful and efficient. He quickly identified the problem I had experienced as being a relatively minor one, and, in addition to fixing it, did some long overdue maintenance and repaired another broken part, all at a very reasonable cost. This was a relief because I had feared that my snowblower might need more costly repairs or even have to be retired altogether. Even better, Kevin had my snowblower ready for me several days faster than his estimated timeframe, just in time for me to be able to put it to use for a snowstorm we were having that day. My snowblower is now performing perfectly, better than ever. Great service. I would definitely recommend Mack’s Repair and Kevin.

Looked around for a place to repair my TORO lawnmower and even though I'm in Laval. I read the reviews and called him up explaining the brand/model and problem before I went. It took about a week or so as he was very busy. but I wasn't in a rush. He explained the problems and gave me advice about the type of fuel to use for my lawnmower. Which I never knew. My Lawnmower is good as new now. pricing was fair. I will most likely use his services for all my out door tools. Thanks again Kevin. My son's happy he doesn't have to use scissors to cut the lawn now. :P

I brought in my 20+ year old mower for servicing and immediately felt that Kevin knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the challenges with that specific model. Most impressively, when I came to pick up my mower, I arrived after closing (combo of traffic and poor planning on my part!) and Kevin was kind enough to reopen the door and let me pick-up my mower! (edit April 2023) I stumbled upon this business 10 months ago. MACK'S is an valuable resource to help me with my micro Landscaping business. Kevin is polite friendly professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention he's a very nice guy. I always get so much value for my money!!! When I first cam here they gave me advice and helped me save money by avoiding unnecessary repairs! That's so rare these days. I recommend everyone I speak with to call Mack's first. You'll be pleased.
