The Canmore Miners' Union Hall
So glad this has been restored and is being maintained. It's a bit of Canmore history that has definitely not outlived its usefulness. You can see a play there, shop at a craft fair, enjoy a local musician, or hold your wedding reception there. A great place, and so necessary for our town.

Rented the MUH as a backup venue for our wedding ceremony in case it rained. We didn't end up needing it, but myself and my bridesmaids and mom got ready here and took some photos, as well as our first look pictures which turned out amazing. The volunteers running the space were very responsive and great to work with.

Absolutely a pleasure while performing there as a DJ at the Canmore Miners' Union Hall. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend such a really great place for intimate weddings. Nice floor for dancing and the washrooms were clean. Thanks again.

Excellent venue for a wedding! Kitchen is a great fit for any caterer you want to bring in and you have your say of how you want to handle the bar. They don’t offer decorating services or anything like that, but with a few family members helping it all comes together very quickly. Good space for about 100 people and room for a band or dj.
