Great place to bring your dogs! We bring our dogs to Steph for nail trims, and they love playing in the playground, socializing with other dogs.

We have taken our dog here for about 6 months and never had issues up until our last visit. Unfortunately, her nail was cut a bit too short, and while we were doing the drop off, she slipped out of her collar and snuck out the door. We got her back inside safely, and they used a slip leash so her collar would not be an issue… but someone must have tightened her collar. (Still questioning the purpose of this, as they had a slip leash.) Now, these hiccups are common in grooming, and would not have been an issue, had they communicated to me this happened. I was not made aware that my dog was bleeding from a nicked nail, or that they tightened her collar. I got quite the shock when I checked on her in the backseat, and there was blood all over the seats and her. I did not notice her collar being tightened for over 24 hours, until I questioned why she was scratching at it so hard. When I checked, I couldn't find the edge, or get any fingers underneath, due to how tight it was. Again, I can somewhat understand tightening the collar as she can be flighty when scared, but both these situations should have been disclosed to the owner. Sadly, we will be finding a new groomer. Purely, and entirely because of the lack of communication about our dogs' health and safety.

I have been bringing my Border Collie here for her spring clean up for 4 years now. They have always given me exactly what I have asked for. When I pick up my girl, who is a bit of a nervous Nelly, she is happy and looks amazing. I would 100% recommend this place for your grooming needs. This year when I picked her up she looked they best she ever has. Absolutely perfect.

I take my dog Onyx to Aqua Walk ..2 times a week .. He needs to lose a few more pounds due to a thyroid issue.. He is 10 years old so it helps with his mobility as well. The owners are great with all the dogs and extremely accommodating... Onyx just loves his visits here.. He runs in the door and straight to the Aqua Walk. His energy and mobility are astounding. So happy they offer this service and I recommend anyone who has an older dog. A mobility issue dog or an overweight dog...that they get their pup in soon. I am sure they will love it.. Onyx and I give them 5 paws up ..

Brought my kitty here to get some mats out of her fur. He kept her so calm, she was in a much better mood after her time here! He cut her nails and cleaned her ears. They were great to deal with and very accommodating! Also great prices!

My dog had a great time at daycare and the groomers are excellent as well. Always treat him amazingly

Arthur always seems to have a blast here! He’s a new addition to our pack and has enough zoomies for two dogs so this place really does help. The busier the better for him!Staff are friendly, it’s an easy drop off and the prices are worth the peace and quiet you get in return when those days are just to hectic.

this place was beyond amazing, my cat who i rescued is very scared easy and very nervous around new people and they were just so understanding and keep him calm and they were able to shave him which he did a amazing job on but he really made my cat feel calm and safe which was really important to me so thank you so much i would 10 out of 10 recommended them
