Great variety of products and the friendliest staff. Haven't been there once when I wasn't offered assistance, whether it be finding a product, recommendations and/or sizing with my dog being there.

This place is awesome for all your pet needs. The staff are very polite professional and knowledgeable. The quality Of the pets are great. I get all my pet supplies from them. The owner is a very very nice lady, who works extremely hard to bring quality pets, supplies and essentials for pets.

The prices are insane! Can't get over that. A leash and collar could put you out around 30 bucks, and that's for a puppy. Once you catch a workers eye however they will help you out with whatever you need. That kind of service was great. The service was even better at the till. Very friendly and approachable!

Always great service. Staff are always willing to help and even look into things for me. They also are really good with my dog and he adores going to see them.

Staff is great, and very helpful.Betta shouldnt live in the bowls they're selling, though. So while the customer service is good, the prices are ridiculously high. Went to look at fish available and possibly pick up some plants since I wont be in the city for a while, but they've got quite a bad snail infestation. One I didnt want to bring home to my tanks. :(

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were patient with my kiddos and me while we took forever to pick out a fish. They had a good selection of quality products.
