I went at this location to get food on a hot sunny day and when i entered the store the hot sunny day felt like a snow day as it was so hot inside because of all of the heat from the cooking and on top there AC wasn’t even working.The whole staff was sweating and they were all cleaning the sweat from their face while in the kitchen and using the same hands to prepare orders.The food was pathetic and my fries tasted like kfc fries with no flavour and overcooked. I specifically asked for extra garlic sauce and still my food was dry from the inside.Overall it was the worst decision to go and get food from this location. Would strongly recommend everyone planning to get shawarma to not come here as its gonna waste your time and money. I wanted to give negative stars. Pathetic experience.

We used this Lazeez location to cater for a company lunch. I coordinated with Ahmed, who was super helpful and very accommodating and kind to work with. The lunch came right on time and everyone enjoyed it. Thank you!! :)

I find that once a restaurant has been around for a bit, they become complacent and skimp on their food. This lazeez location was excellent.We ordered chicken on the rocks. It was plentiful and full of sauce and chicken. My kids were extremely happy with their meal.I wish they had plates so we could eat a bit more comfortably.

Been a regular customer since this location opened. About 5 months ago it seems there has been a change in ownership. I noticed the change since their fries are stale and overdone, they fill half the box and are so so so stingy with the chicken and garlic sauce. I order from the platinum location because that one actually tastes like how lazeez is supposed to. Tried it again today and they haven’t changed despite customer reviews. Avoid this location they are so stingy

I ordered from uber eats. Ordered extra chicken. To my surprise barely any chicken at all. Paid 25 dollars for medium salad. Didn't even pickup my phone

Love LazeezFriendly courteous staff. Good atmosphere. Fresh ingredients.Take out is timely. Always order the large chicken with sticks and the large chicken with rocks for us. My family loves it.

This location is absolutely impressive compared to the rest. Customer service is top notch here. For the first time, I felt that the shawrama had appropriate quantity inside i.e meat and veggies proportion. All ingredients were fresh. Have visited so many locations in peel region but none of them prepared food the way like this one one at Trafalgar location.Highly recommend location!!!

Been a regular at this spot for a couple years now, but something's changed, and not good change. They've changed their rice, not as fluffy anymore, their meat isn't as flavourful, and service has gone a bit downhill too. It's a shame because it used to be quite good actually.

Came in from the US. Saw poutine in the window and had to stop! Super fresh and fast! Falafel wrap was delicious and spiced to perfection. The customer service was excellent and very friendly.

Not at all fresh. Meat sitting in a warming tray nothing is fresh. Tabbouleh salad already looks grey. The salad looks like it's been sitting for way too long.
