Dave really hit it out of the park for my recent modern bathroom addition to my basement. He did a fantastic job of understanding my vision and budget and turning out a high quality product. He was able to adapt to supply chain issues, provided sound advice and kept me up to date with pictures and timelines throughout. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering any type of remodel, or addition to their house. 10/10 for sure.

David took the image I had of my new living room space and made it a reality! He is very conscientious and professional and I was confident leaving my condo in his hands while I went on vacation for two weeks. His communication during the project was great, especially as I was out of town. I love my new space, and I am very happy with the renovations and painting refresh throughout the whole condo.

David was recommended to me from Catherine Yuen Interior Design to renovate our living room fireplace. David is professional, personable, and pays attention to the smallest of details. His work is neat and he made sure to cordon off the house with plastic walls to protect other areas of the house while working. He always communicated with me while on site, providing progress updates and clarifying details. Additionally he responded to emails promptly for the same purpose. His time lines to complete the project were accurate. It was a pleasure to meet David and have him update our fireplace, as well as relocate and install a new light fixture in our dining room. David has a fantastic attention to detail and takes a lot of pride in his work and rightfully so. His communication throughout the project was great. He was always accommodating while I continued to add more repairs and changes to the project. I am very happy with the work that David did for me and the end result looks absolutely fantastic.The next time I have a renovation project to do, David will be the first person I call.

I've known Dave for over a decade and what I can assure you when considering to contract him for your project is this - quality and spot on communication topped with a good personality. From starting out with timber frame house construction in mountain towns like Canmore, AB and Windemere, BC through to now where he has brought his craft to renovation projects in Vancouver - Dave is an honest contractor who strives to ensure you get what you want without sacrificing quality. Wish he were here in Ontario these days as my wife and I could really use his skillset.

Working in the technical and trades industry I know workmanship and quality when I see it. We had Peak Performance renovations do our bathroom and kitchen in our 1940's home and let me tell you. WOW from start to finish it was nothing but above and beyond. He came exactly when he said he was did more than the plan for the day and I can not Express enough how amazing our Reno's looked. You are not going to find a better quality and professional renovation anywhere else.A big thank you again to Peak!!!!
