By far the worst experience I've ever had at a spa. I do not recommend this spa to anyone

This place is wonderful. The professionalism and quality of this spa is something you need to do if your ever in this part of town.

I thought a spa at such a hotel would be top, thought wrong. I was booked in for the wrong treatment.. no confirmation email/card given, assumed the front desk would not mess up like that. No drinks menu or offered anything which is unlike any spa I’ve ever been to. The music is too loud and annoying, not regular spa relaxing music. Even when I got the wrong treatment, I read the description and the girl doing my treatment (dont want to call names to not ruin their job), did not do the whole thing so I called her out on it. She said no this treatment doesn’t have it, so I showed her the website and she’s like oh.. like no knowledge of what’s your treatments. THEN SHE BUFFED OUT MY FEET DRY!!! LIKE WHO DOES THAT??? She took WAY TOO long to paint my nails like it was getting annoying, but it definitely was just to buy time out of the treatment. You do not need 40-45 minutes to paint nails. That’s insane. Quite a terrible experience! Never back here or any moment spa. Don’t go here. Spend your money somewhere where its an actual spa and can live up to that standard. I paid over a 110$ to just get my toes painted .. that was stupid and a waste of my time!!!

I'm very torn about the whole experience and would never write such, except... this is not what such hotel should offer.Both of my therapists (massage and the facial) were absolutely amazing (and they both definitely deserve the highest stars), but the whole Spa has NO ambiance and looks very chip and worn out (so the star is for that, not for my therapists). Starting from the front desk, to how the rooms are set up. I was very looking forward to being treated and enjoing the surrounding. Definitely expected so much more from the place itself.

I recently came here for a couple‘s massage, and it was wonderful! We got the relaxation massage for 50 minutes- highly recommend. The facility was very nice, and the staff at the spa was very friendly. I felt so relaxed afterward!

There must have been miscommunication because they put me and my sister as a couple's massage. It was fine but a minor hiccup. The massage was decent. It was really expensive considering it was just for the massage and nothing more.

My husband and I just left after both receiving massages and I a mani/pedi. This was without a doubt the worst manicure/pedicure I have ever received. The technician didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I had to remind her step by step what to do during the pedicure and had to ask her to go back to exfoliate my feet to which she said no because of timing. She finally obliged, but attempted to do so on dry feet.The manicure was by far the worst of it all. She didn't soak my hands prior to absolutely butchering my cuticles. The shellac job is terrible, not even and smudged/dented in some areas from her going over the nail with a brush without enough polish on it. I've attempted to attached a picture for reference but it will not allowing me to upload. Both the pedicure and manicure are around $90 each. If you are going to charge premium prices you better offer premium services - and this was absolutely not premium service. I wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone. ever. There was noting relaxing or luxurious about this place.

One of North America’s great hotels. Not to be missed is the 1608 Bar. A true classic old school cocktail bar.
