I purchased my wedding band from Prestige this past summer. The entire experience was so lovely, the staff were helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted! So many other stores would show my husband and I products out of our budget which was frustrating, Prestige respected our budget and found the perfect ring for me! I have returned for some warranty business and each time I am in store they are so friendly and helpful. They are very responsive if you have any questions and offer a really great warranty for peace of mind. My ring ended up losing a diamond and when I brought it in they actually found a defect with the ring and kept me in the loop and had my ring replaced in less than a week! I am so happy we went with Prestige and would recommend them to anyone wanting to support a local Alberta store!Photo taken by my photographers on my wedding day :)

The utmost in professionalism. I am extremely pleased with my fiancé's wedding ring. Sammy Is such a great person to deal with. He gave us a wonderful deal and has a huge selection in store.Milena was dealing with us aswell and is extremely well versed in her profession. She helped guide us to the right stone and custom made ring. They promised it within 3 weeks and it was here as expected. No issues and it looks absolutely flawless !I was referred to him by a family member and I'm glad I came here for my purchase! We got nearly 2 carats of beautiful diamond at a much better price than their competitors. They were amazing to deal with and I have no regrets dropping a significant amount of money here . Amazing staff went in to get my chain fixed after having it for 4 years they were able to fix it in a couple days, it was under warranty so it was free which I was not expecting! They even were able to get 2 knots out I’ve had in the chain for months. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I walked in 3 days before our wedding looking for a wedding band. We had been unsuccessful finding a band that “went” with my wedding ring at other jewellers as my wedding ring is quite unique.
