Okay, so, I can’t speak for the entire company but I had a terrible experience with one of their brokers. I don’t want to name names but he was rude, confrontational, and overall distant. It didn’t seem like he wanted to help at all. He kept trying to increase the premium by asking if I wanted to add certain policies. He was snarky when I told him “no”. I didn’t understand the need for the hostility. I’m a student looking for basic car insurance. He refused to send me quotes and ended the call abruptly. The call ended with him saying I should go in a different direction and that I was not the “type of client he is looking for”. Honestly, I would give zero stars if I could. Would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing company!!!! Deal with Omar specifically if you can. He has honestly been the most accommodating insurance agent I’ve had in the 8 years I’ve been driving. If you want someone that’s willing to work with you threw any an every situation. An even takes his time from his personal life to help you in the blink of an eye. Give him a called, couldn’t ask for better service !!
