I have had the privilege of practicing yoga with Mia at Inner Yoga Studio for a couple of weeks now and my experience has been wonderful. The instructors are calm, kind, and gently guide participants through the practice, and the atmosphere of the studio is very peaceful. Overall a very nice experience!
