Tina Lynch and Guy Parchet were instrumental in purchasing our new home on Gabriola Island. They live on Gabriola and know everything about the Island and the community. They knew all the resources needed for organizing various inspections and tests we wanted to have done for the property we were planning to buy. As it happened, we found some problems with the property. We still loved it and it would break our hearts to just walk away. Lynches connected us with several tradesmen who looked at the problem and helped us making an inform decission. We decided to buy the house.We were not located in the Island so we relied on Lynches to let in tradesmen and repairmen. They were always available. They even took our well water for testing.They were excellent in liasoning between us and the sellers.
