ALDO

Have attempted to call in at least 15 times over the past week with no answer until tonight. Spoke with one girl working in there about a pair of dress shoes purchased just over a month ago to confirm I can return them, she said she isn’t authorized to do so and would be best to call back and ask for a manager who would be returning in 20 minutes which I asked her to tell the manager to call me back and her response was “ no prob, call ya back in 20 minutes”. I waited 51 minutes with no call back, so I called back myself. Another girl picked up the phone and I asked to speak with a manager and her response was “their is no manager in tonight but I’m in charge”. I explained that I was specifically told their would be a manager in by 6pm for me to discuss my issue and got the same answer with attitude. Then she asked me what the issue was so I explained to her and she said “call back tomorrow when the manager is in he will help you then, his name is Kevin” and she just hung up the phone. Extremely unprofessional employees in there, and not at all impressed with a $90 pair of shoes literally falling apart within a month. I get the shoes falling apart isn’t on this store at all, but the customer service given with absolutely disgusting!I wish I could leave a Less then 1/5 rating

This store and it's staff deserves a minus 5 Star review. They are unprofessional and try to always blame the customer for their mistakes. I ordered a pair of boots online for pickup in store. I was hesitant to come here for my return because of all the negative reviews, but the girl who helped me today - Cynthia - was lovely and provided great customer service.

customer service was fine but they seem to never have sizes or colours of many shoes in stock. very hard to find a shoe I want when they don't carry the colour I wanted and I can't even try it on in a different colour bc they only carry two sizes. other customers seemed to be have this issue as well as I overheard staff telling them they only have so and so size

Store staff need more trainning to deal with customers. Staff member of aldo name is Dija, not providing proper customer service and giving rude and nonsense excuses. I strongly recommend to give proper trainning to staff specially how to talk and deal with customer. I wish i can give you minus stars.

To say the least- horrible! I wish I can give -5 stars. The “store manager” Khadija is unprofessional and condescending. Terrible service and the way she treated me, I am sure is not the first time as you can see from the reviews.

If I had the option to give them a minus 1000% review I would. Literally the worse associates ever. They are the absolute worse team/ store ever!!! Big time finnesers! Liars, would do anything to get sales and close their sales! Never coming back to your store.

They won’t answer the phone. I was just in store and it was EMPTY. This place is a joke. The staff seems unprofessional considering I have been attempting to cal them for HOURS.

If I could give a no star review I would, I am extremely displeased with this store and company as a whole! I went in last week and found a pair of dress shoes I liked (which I needed in two days from now for a wedding), I had a new pair ordered to the store for pickup as the only pair in my size left was the display pair which had a marking/scratch on the front/toe of the shoe, I received an email stating the new pair was ready for pickup but when I got there I was once again presented with the scratched display pair. When I asked where the other pair in my size was, I was told that this was the only pair left........ This tells me that either the company themselves tried to pull a fast one and had the store give me the same old pair that was already there or they did send in a new pair in which someone at the store handed off to another customer b4 I could come in to get them, either way this was my first time buying from ALDO and will be my last, I got a refund and will never trust them again as a customer!

Be right back!" For almost an hour. Unbelievably unprofessional. This store is closed when it should e open. I saw several customers come in front of the door and walk away due to nobody being inside. Terrible
