I have been doing virtual classes since 2020 and have attended in person classes for couple of months. TrainMeFit offers well designed workouts through out the week focusing on technique, form and muscle strengthening.Coach Jordyn and Brennon are amazing, they ensure your form is right, keep you motivated through out the workout. I love working out in their guidance. I would highly recommend TrainMeFit!!

Absolutely love this gym! The workouts are scaleable to your current fitness level, yet still offer a good challenge. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging and offer support beyond just the fitness classes. Everyone there is also encouraging and cheers each other on, which makes it a fun and comfortable environment to workout in. I was a little nervous to go, but was immediately impressed and at ease. Totally recommend!

I have only been here a short while but i have learn a lot from Brennon and jordan about using correct form and not focusing on lifting heavy right away. The way they approach strength and conditioning is different then most crossfit gyms. Train me fit workouts don't burn you out like other gyms. Brennon emails or texts you each week to see how you doing and asks what they can do to help you or improve the gym now that's customer service. I will be coming here for years to come and so will my children. So come out and give them a try you won't regret and you'll make new friends along the way Roger Udai Narine !!!!

This is a great gym, the owners and staff have created a great atmosphere. Whether you are an experienced gym goer or new to the gym it is a perfect spot. Very welcoming. Good vibes, would recommend to anyone 10/10.

The coaches, and people make going to the gym easy, very welcoming and knowledgeable and patient coaches who you can tell are in your corner. If your looking to restart or start your fitness journey. Give them a shot !!
