Quadra Village Drug Mart

This pharmacy is my #1 choice of where to go and has been for many years. The staff have always gone above and beyond to meet my needs, and they are always friendly while doing so.They have a good selection of products common to pharmacies, such as shampoo, hair dyes, toothpaste, vitamins, bandages, compression stockings, and two of my favorites- helium and balloons and incense. Their grocery aisle has some great finds, and the makeup selection keeps improving.Whatever else might change in my life, I will continue to be a loyal customer of Quadra Village Pharmacy.

This place is incredibly unprofessional. You can tell their priorities are money but not customer service or pride in their work.The owners are quite rude, like to argue and tell you how you are while taking no responsibility for their own mistakes and flaws.They sell food past its due date without notifying the buyers. CHECK ALL DATES ON THE PRODUCTS.They also have a mouse problem so check any food you purchase as many times its been stepped on or nibbled by the little ones.Its very dirty and disorganized and don't bother searching for makeup. There's tons of boxes everywhere and the section is all out of date products and a complete mess.They have some fun products but its not worth the stress, there's no prices on many items or they're the wrong price and she does not stay true to the signs.Skip this place.The owners will probably comment trying to dismiss this like they always do with every other comment but don't let that fool you.

I enjoy coming to the Quadra Pharmacy the staff are friendly knowledgeable. Andrea is the best pharmacist there and she’s friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to asking about your prescriptions, if there are issues with prescriptions she’s on it to get the issue fixed. She’s friendly and very reassuring. I enjoy shopping there as well they always have my favourite and my children’s favourite products available. The owners are kind and friendly as well. Prices are reasonable especially is this day and age. 5 stars for staff keep up the good work!

Terrible experience (now for second time in as many visits, so there will not be a third chance for them): staff does not listen; staff knows everything better and even when they realize they were wrong does not apologize. The entire business appears disorganized and nobody signs responsible for the problem as of course" the problem can only be the customer. I am a retired physician and my wife is a retired nurse so the terminology and language used were not the problem either. I can only recommend for people to use an alternative pharmacy if at all possible."

Loved this store. So clean and organized. I found everything easily plus had a very friendly gent ring up my purchases. I even got a professional makeup brush for 2.99 which is insanely cheap. Will be back and recommending to anyone that likes reasonable prices and fast friendly service with nice atmosphere. Gold star

Worst place to buy Medicine... they have a sign to wear mask all the time in Quadra village Pharmacy, But look at the owner working behind the counter not wearing mask.......Thanks for your review. BUT I was there in the store for more than 20 min to wait in a line & the person you are talking about he walking all around the place and he passed by me to enter behind the counter WITHOUT WEARING MASK.. it’s doesn’t matter if he behind the counter or not , it’s matters that you guys need to provide us a safe environment to he can not speared any germs or virus to anyone.

When I called in to check on a prescription they put me on hold for 10 minutes, answered only to put me on another hold to check if it was in. 10 minutes later someone else picks up and has no idea what is going on then tells me that 3 hours after the doctor said they sent it that it hadn't arrived and then accused me of being rude. Not only am I sick and without a prescription I'm now agitated by the disorganized and unhelpful staff

I have been a regular customer of the store for years and find they have reasonable prices for certain items. I had an upsetting encounter today with a staff member that was rude and yelled at my 4 year old child. We’re both shakes after this encounter and would like an apology from the owner.

I have been shopping here as this is in my area. Employees are never smiling or happy to greet a customer. I've seen countless food products that rats or mice face gotten into. Expired items, probably over 100 different products. Employees are rarely at front counter. There are no management on site on a regular basis. I've seen about 25 different pharmacist, and recently learned one said she was moving, but luckily (cause she was amazing) she just told them that and took a job elsewhere. All the pharmacist are sweet and try their best, I could go on about some stranger behaviour and odd remarks and plain uncomfortable rudeness from the “pill counters”, but won't.Namaste
