Best service ever! I need to punch several holes on my belt, the owner did it for me instantly and in really good quality. the price is also really fair. This would be my goto place for any repair.

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Its great to know that there are still people out there with real integrity who take pride in their work. That integrity and pride shows in the repairs he did on my boots.The owner was incredibly helpful and upfront about everything from the very beginning and took the time to walk me through what he was thinking for the repair, the risks, the benefits, everything. The boots look better than new, the patch/repair job is seamless, and I think this is the cleanest these boots have ever been.The price was beyond fair and reasonable when you consider the time that goes into each repair and the quality of work that goes into them. Honestly, don't even bother going to any other shop. Just come here and trust that you'll have better than new shoes in the end

Excellent quality and service.I brought in a pair of good but older dress shoes that had been previously botched by a different company; the soles were falling off after only a short time. The gentleman that runs the shop on Charles St not only expertly replaced the sole, but made my old shoes look good-as-new. I've been wearing the shoes every day since for the last six months now; the shoes still look great, and the soles are quite firmly part of the shoes (as they're supposed to be). If you live or work downtown, this is the place to take your shoes.

The workmanship is fantastic and the owner is a very nice person! I took in a pair of boots to have the zipper slider replaced and when I picked them up a few days later they looked like new and the zipper worked perfectly. Highly, highly recommend this shop for all of your shoe repair needs.

brought a pair of booties here to fix 'cause the sole of one of the heels fell out. the owner, a super nice guy, replaced it with a sturdier sole than the original and cleaned/polished it which was a nice surprise since I wasn't expecting it. they looked so good. he told me it'd be ready in 2 days so super fast service. would defs go back

I have known the owner and used his services for many years. Top quality shoe repair/enhancement with more than reasonable price. Most accurate key cutting in the city. I highly recommend this Walk & Wear, you will leave with a big smile!

The owner is very reliable and friendly! Went to get the sole of my shoes fixed and he took the time to explain the various options for them. I also had a key duplicated many months ago and it works perfectly (I went to another location before him and that first key didn't work). Duplicating a key with Walk & Wear was almost instant. Awesome craftsmanship! I thought my boots were not salvageable but he was able to repair them and 2 years later they are still in great shape. My partner brought his nearly destroyed dress shoes there to be repaired and he returned them looking brand new. He is also great with cutting keys and fobs. He clearly takes pride in his work and does a great job. I swear he cares more about caring for our shoes than we do (and we really try to take good care of them). Repairs aren’t necessarily inexpensive but that’s because he does it right and the repairs last. So happy to have a good shoe guy so close by!

Best shoe repair ever! The owner was very kind and took the time to explain my options in repairing the soles of my favourite running shoes, which began to come undone. He did a fantastic repair job and my shoes are as good as new over a year later. Highly recommend this place!

I have tried a few places in the downtown area but I finally stuck with this place. I take my designer shoes that need much needed TLC to Walk & Wear. They do the most superb job. I have had anything from heels replaced , soles fixed and zippers on long boots replaced. If you have invested in a pair of shoe, you know how hard it is to take it for repair, but my mind is at ease when I leave my shoes here.
