Walmart Photo Centre

I made an online order to take passport photo of my baby, but when I went to the store I was told that they are unable to take photo from babies! It’s not mentioned on their website and they even don’t know how to give me the refund!!! I talked to customer service several times and every time they say different things like go to the store or cancel the order online! But still I haven’t got my money back and no one is responsible!! very poor customer service! It is supposed to be mentioned on your webiste that you don’t have the equipment for baby photography!! It doesn’t make sny sense that you don’t know how to give my money back!!!

Used the photo kiosk. Prints were very bad quality. Blurry and washed out colours.

Hours online are incorrect. The photo center closes an hour earlier than what is started online.Beware Walmart photo center is NOT associated with Walmart. And Walmart staff will not be able to assist you.

Never any carts in the store, you have to go back out into the parking lot to find a cart that will definitely have a stuck or squeaky wheel. Never enough staff, always way too busy and messy in the store.

When I am standing at the self checkout and the same person approaches me every week to ask me if I want a Walmart credit card,,, so annoying. Do they get commission? Very pushy. Also just yesterday noticed those stupid coin lock devices on the carts,,, we are paying enough oh my god for food and supplies,,, SERIOUSLY WALMART????? Plus they never have any stock.

I would give a zero if I could. Horrible customer service, employee was rude, dismissive and unprofessional.the quality of the photo stamp on the back was constantly fading, ink never dried and would always smudge even after several weeks To anyone who wants photos Beware walmart photo centere and specifically the southkeys location.

I tried to order a large meatball sub to go, got to my car and when I opened the bag, it was a small mushroom melt. I hate mushrooms.

If I could give a zero I would.I go to pick up an online order and there is no one at the photo centre counter, the staff member saw me and walked away to chat her friends. Several minutes go by and only after the cell phone kiosk guy yelled at her to come over does she acknowledge me.She refuses to come to the counter and tells me the photo centre closes at 9... But it's not even 9 yet.. goes back to taking with her friends.Wife goes in at 8 tonight, and the same employee is with friends again and repeatedly tried to tell her she doesn't have our order and refused to look for our pics. My spouse told her she wasn't leaving until she actually tried to look. Low and behold, she opens up a drawer finally and our order is right there.There are so many other places/services you can use for photos, don't waste your time here.
