I used this company for a damage roof on a building. They were amazing! Respectful, fast, professional. I dealt with Tom, he was great. It happened right before the snow storm, which made them have to wait for a good day (only a few days). They took initiative and contacted me on the first nice day to do the job. They shovelled the snow, put down tarps, and got the job done fast and efficiently. They even worked through the weekend without me asking to get the job done before another snow fall! I will definitely use them again and refer them to others! Thank you!!!!

New home warranty subcontracted our roof repairs to be done. Things seemed to be great until near the end of the contract. Homes Canada was in charge of the project. We have a 3 year old son who was at the house numerous times with our nanny while work was being done on our roof. Near the end of the project one of Flat Roofing’s employees at 630 am left a note on my doorstep saying he said things to my son while he was working that he could not get over and that he felt extremely terrible for. The individual covered his face while dropping the note off. This incident put our family at risk and we felt extremely unsafe at our own home. We involved the Calgary police and charges were laid on this individual. Homes Canada and flat roofing completely blew us off saying this wasn’t one of their employees. Which after the police interviewed the individual it was concerned he worked for Flat Roofing. I don’t usually leave reviews but since the incident our house has been left in mid construction stage and nothing has happened since. I feel everyone that works hard for their home should feel confident that the work will be completed and done without having your family put at risk.
