Biggest joke of a place ever. Wait times are always ridiculous. The people who work here are too busy chatting and gossiping to do thier jobs. Worst ICBC in the province of BC hands down.

Highly suggest making an appointment before you go otherwise you'll wait a while. I had an appointment to renew driver license and didn't wait very long. The building is clean and has AC. Rating 4 stars because the seats are very close together and you end up touching the perspective sitting behind you

Booked an appointment for my lost driver license/ services card...turns out I need to renew. Had proper ID with me, was in and out in no time at all.Adam was good, quick, comical, and overall fantastic to deal with on the counter.-side note: those pictures for the cards are not that flattering

I went there with my brother, who moved here from Ontario 2 days back and was not familiar with anything, he was having difficulty understanding English, i was helping him but the lady KAREN, she was rude and frustrated did not greeted him. He was already nervous and she made him so uncomfortable that he was not even able to explain properly. She stopped me and said not to help him, but neither she did explained him gently. What’s the problem if I’m trying to help my brother???? I went there few days back too and that time there was another sweet lady, i left in paper review for her.

If I could put zero stars I would. The lady at the desk that first greets you was in a foul mood. She was nasty to the guy in front of us and then when it was our turn was even ruder. Everything out of her mouth was unprofessional. They had little hearts up with the words be kind" on the glass. I removed it after her saying several rude comments and turned it around so she could see it. She then yelled at me telling me not to touch her stuff. I complained to her manager who assured me that she would be doing something about it however I have my doubts because she said she didn't see or hear anything when we complained and she was standing right beside us.Anastasia however was amazing that helped us once it was our turn. I would give her only full stars."

Ive worked customer service my whole career and i can tell when a staff is overwhelmed but trying hard to give you a positive experience. I called and learned I could walk in, but the walk ins being allowed all day had me waiting for over 3 hours, so I too was flustered.They got to go back to appointment only, it was ridiculous.If they want to allow walk ins theyre going to have to increase staff or something because it was brutal.

Very bad instructors, failed me 2 times due to minor mistake. And every time they say u were very close to pass. Like then pass me. This lady failed me cuz I was going at 42 in 50 zone. You should give a chance. Very disappointed, my trainer even said I would pass.
