Would NOT recommend. Building is relatively nice (thought considering the price it's certainly nothing special). It was under construction for the first 6 months of us living there, and once we moved out after 1.5 years, there were STILL things in our unit that weren't fixed (including a hole in the wall that was there when we moved in). Absolutely no communication from management (our letters and emails requesting to switch to a month-to-month lease and later to end our lease were never returned). There are no shared amenities, the rooftop patio is still not open a year and a half later, and the exit hallway is still unfinished. You can do SO much better for almost $2000 a month. These people are slumlords that just happened to invest in a nicer building.

High ceilings, lots of natural light, lovely couple who manages the place who are very responsive to requests and always say hello in the common areas. They sincerely want to know all the tenants.

Very expensive building with too few amenities and too many issues. The building is still not finished so there is constant construction work going on despite tenants living there for months now. No gym or semi private patio access yet. Also good luck securing a parking spot there. Hope you like parking tickets from having to park on the street.
