BLVD Shoes
After getting into town, I realized I didn't have appropriate shoes for some business meetings tomorrow. Not knowing where to go, I went to the mall and found BLVD and I'm sure glad I did. I ended buying two pairs of the Pegada's. Super happy with them and the service I got from these guys. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Very Irresponsible manager. poor customer service. he does not care about customer satisfaction. very egoistic and rude behavior. please change your manager, he does not know how to deal with customers.you guys did not ask me for my name or email at the store. so how come you check with your staff and you did not found anything.your manager is lying he is a liar. i will email you furher details

To me, buying shoes is a serious matter; the wrong fit and the shoe is worthless. Having broad feet is a challenge I have in getting shoes that fit.My experience buying a shoe at BLVD Shoes was amazing. The staff exercised tremendous patience to make sure I walked out of the store very satisfied. Keep up your excellent customer service.

Illiterate Manager, doesn’t know how to do customer service.. so rude & arrogant.. they should hire new manager if they want their business up & running. Because he is an *****. zero customer satisfaction.. never going back on this store.. not recommend at all.. ****** manager..Sale does not mean it’s final sale or clearance unless it says it’s final sale.. you should tell your customer at the counter atleast that this is a final sale. I went back after 10 minutes of purchase & he did not even listen and started arguing. You are looting people by not providing them complete information & store policy.

Came in here with my friend who had returned a pair of shoes prior. We wanted to purchase another pair but she had a really bad experience with the staff during this transaction. We came in anyways and the two girls at the front were extremely rude and were openly talking about my friend and I. We very uncomfortable and left!

BLVD is an awesome local store. Staff are always very helpful and caring. They are always willing to work with customers to find them what they need and even go beyond to suggest awesome other shoes that you may have never even thought of. Love this store and will continue to support it!
