Easily the worst Tim Hortons ever, staff may as well be asleep behind the counter they are so slow. Never seems to be any management oversight either. But let’s face it, it’s a captive audience and there’s no other choices. Shame on you Tim HortonsIf I could give a negative rating I would.

Maybe today was a bad day. I ordered a ham and cheddar with extra sauce. The employee that took my order told me that there's no sauce on the sandwich... I told her it comes with the honey mustard now (Even on the order sign that it's a new sauce! Used to be ranch). She was oh, you want extra of that? I said yes. Ended up with a sandwich without a lick of sauce at all :( Very disappointed.

I can't really complain, based on the location that atmosphere can't be too uplifting. The service was the best it could be for how long the line up was. The food well it is tim hortons!

If I could give the TH at the St. Catherines hospital a rating of less than one, I would. By far the worst one I have ever ordered from. Staff couldn't care less about customer service with one actually working and up to 3 others at a time standing around in what appears to be a daze. Every time I walked by during the week, the lineup was at least 10-15 minutes and the staff couldn't care less as they have a captive market." Funny thing is that several nurses commented on how this TH is the worst one in Canada but they have no alternative in the building."

Sad that this TH is so poorly run and with such limited hours. Inconvenient for both visitors and hospital staff. Today one of the rude staff members actually raised her hand and flipped off a customer behind his back as he was walking away. I’m not sure what triggered it, but still highly unprofessional. So it’s lousy service, lousy hours and apparently less than desirable staff to add to the long line up wait. Niagara Health should be somehow addressing these issues with this franchise owner. I give it less than 1 star, it’s a very poor reflection of the TH brand name.

My daughter was taken by ambulance to the St Catharines hospital last night around 4:30am. She had asked me to pick up some broccoli soup for her on the way to meet her there. I stopped at the Tim Hortons on 4th Avenue where two ladies were working. The one lady who took my order seemed to be VERY unhappy to be working that night and too be honest I couldn't blame her at it was so early in the morning. I was informed they did not have soup at that time of day. I called my daughter in her hospital room and she asked for a sausage egg croissant sandwich instead. My order was made and I left. I arrived at the hospital and my daughter who had not been able to eat for almost 24 hours opened the sandwich to find the croissant very very burnt (see attached photos) leaving us with no other options for food at that time of the morning. Thankfully the nurses here shared some of the food they had with them. How any employee allows someone to pay for and leave with food they fully know was ruined is inexcusable and I will be sure to choose any other option if available before I return to Tim Hortons

Every time I come here I have a bad experience. Last week I ordered and paid for two bagels and the employees read the screen wrong and insisted I was only charged for one bagel. I watched her key in two bagels and when I ordered only one later in the day it was cheaper. They offered to charge me for another bagel but I paid for two in the first place plus I did not have time as I had to go upstairs for my appointment. Today I ordered my tea it was made completely wrong, the cup was soggy like it had been sitting in liquid and the lid was disgusting covered in dried up coffee (I could smell the difference as I drink tea) and yet again I didn't have time to get a new one as I had to go for my appointment. Staff are rude and impatient with customers and each other. Just negative experiences all around

Waited in a line up for 15 minutes. One server. Could not make a cappuccino. Took over 10 minutes to say to me that the machine does not work. Terrible. I will not go there again. I went to Starbucks at the corner. Fast service and a delicious cap.
