Di Modica a été d'un professionnalisme et d'une compétence incroyable. Il a su nous appuyer tout au long de notre litige qui s'échelonnera sur plus de 3 ans suite à la découverte de problème structuraux dans notre maison. Je le recommande haut la main!

We are deeply thankful for Delfort, especially the professional advice from the structural engineer Mr. Domenic Di Modica for the investigation of the foundation of a house that we were considering to purchase. His inputs saved us from making the wrong purchase and we definitely recommend him to all and will use him in future purchases. He was even able to spot that they had covered windows that were infiltrating water with wood and they created a space for water to infiltrate even more. He was able to spot that the foundation had caved in on one side and instead of repairing the entire foundation they only repaired the one wall and were trying to hide it from us that the other 3 walls needed repair! I would say that this is an ESSENTIAL professional guidance for any home or building purchase.
