Vacation Lake view House BNB Kelowna

My partner and I stayed at the Lake View House in Kelowna about 2 weeks ago in the master bedroom. I loved the room and the balcony. Anna was a great host and we really enjoyed chatting with her. She came on a walk with us and showed us trails on Knoxx mountain. She was very helpful as a host and an over all lovely person! We will certainly stay here again next time we are in Kelowna!

The location is good however there are a some big concerns here.Whe you arrive expect to be standing at the door for 5 minutes. When the lady of the house comes to the door she looks through the blurred glass for half a minute before opening the door. You won't get a key to the house so if you go out late you'll be waiting at the front door for a while.You'll get a room without TV and there's a shared bathroom. You're told you can watch TV in the living room however the lady of the house was constantly watching Chinese TV when we were there.Breakfast is just an apple and a box of muffins from the store.When we went to bed the TV was still on downstairs (pretty loud) plus the lady of the house was talking to someone with a loud voice.In this house you don't feel at ease or welcome because there are cameras in every corner of the house. We left before 8 am because this house gives you the creeps.Not recommended if you're traveling with children and not recommended for a romantic stay with your partner. Not recommended if you're allergic to cats (they have one cat inside the house.The owner of the doesn't seem to trust their guests which is pretty sad. Also the language barrier could be a problem here.This was our first and last stay at this location. For the price we paid we get a full room with TV and private bathroom at a hotel.

Our stay at Lake View house was amazing! The best place I have stayed in Canada. Hands down. Anna was so accommodating to us. House is beautifully presented and kept extremely well. I would a thousand percent recommend Anna’s guest house to anyone in the Kelowna area looking for somewhere to stay. Thanks for such a wonderful experience. :)

bad experience for me. the lady operator of the house do not commite herself to contract. i booked one night through hotel .ca. with breakfast.when we arrived .she ask for extra money for breakfast.i reported her behavior to hotel.ca.bed was old unconfortable with noise .all together i am not happy by staying in that place.it is like 91 year old .dressed up up to show 19.

Exceptional service and comfort, Anna was phenomenal hostess, we will be back. :)

Anna is very nice person! Her property exceeded my expectations and everything is very close: beach, downtown, cafes, winery!!! :)The breakfast was fresh and awesome!Thank you!

Lovely house and good location. Anna was a very pleasant and attentive host. She was able to give us recommendations and provided a lovely breakfast in the morning. It's well situated and has some walks nearby. We had a car so it was easy to get downtown but I was told it is only a 20 min walk (it'll be uphill on the way back so might not be the easiest). We only stayed one night but would happily stay for more. Would highly recommend.

Anna was an extraordinarily kind & accomadating person! Very clean well kept beautiful home! She even drove me to the airport early in the morning. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Definitely recommended! Thank you!

I was immediately impressed with this incredible home! The sunny terrace overlooking Kewlona is breathtaking! Anna is one of the most accommodating and kind hostesses I have ever met. We became fast friends. Anna was easy to love and treated me like family. She cooked me delicious breakfasts and went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. My room was cozy and quiet. I loved waking up to the smell of coffee brewing. I spent every morning sipping delicious coffee enjoying spectacular views. I highly recommend this amazing property. You cant beat the location. Beautiful hiking and bikimg trails are steps away at Knox Mountain. Dowtown Kelowna is nearby
