Sirota's Alchymy

My daughter is almost 7. With her mobility issues, we thought she could never participate and enjoy in a Martial Arts class. She has been attending Sirota’s Alchymy for 9 months and we can see so much positive impact on her already. Mr Justyhn is a very patient, inspiring and motivating teacher. Every session I see my daughter improving and exciting to challenge beyond her ability.Sharing a comment from my daughter:“I learn to never give up. Bringing my son to learn Martial Arts at Sirota's Alchymy was one of the best things I've done for my son. He loves his classes, his instructors, and having Grand Master Michael Sirota instruct the students himself is magnificent. All the instructors have so much to offer to each individual student, as they are all very qualified. Each lesson is tailored to meet your child's needs. My son started at 12 years old and he's now 15. His confidence, self-esteem, and overall behavior are for the better. When he first attended his first class (for free), he had a big smile on his face and told me that he loved it and wanted to learn more. My son has become a happier child, he has goals, and he has aspirations to become an instructor himself, among other professions. He has participated in different tournaments and is part of the Demo Team, which he loves. He has taken and is currently taking sparring, also.The Alchymy is a great place to bring your child to learn this wonderful sport. My son is in the special needs program and is learning taekwondo. Grand Master Sirota and the Alchymy are making such a difference in my son's well-being, his development, and learning in the areas that are crucial for the healthy growth of an adolescent. We highly recommend Sirota's Alchymy for your martial arts a and life skills needs.We are looking forward to a black belt soon.

They’re amazing!!! They always have extra teachers to walk through the class and give time to every student. Even with all their students they personalize the experience.They even mail out individual postcards to their students with handwritten, personalized notes. My son is normally very shy and he loves going to class. I can’t say enough good things about Sirota’s and how well they teach the kids. Out of everywhere we’ve gone they are by far the best!!!!

Wonderful school, the instructors are awesome, kind and helpful. My two kids love their classes and their teachers, we have been going there for 3 years, twice a week. Great for kids with disabilities too.

My kiddo has been going to Sirota’s Alchymy for almost 2 months. My kiddo loves it and most importantly she is gaining confidence and focus. The teachers are lovely and so caring. We are super happy here.

My 5 year old has been attending since April 2022. It has been a great experience for him. His teachers are very attentive to each child even on busy days. I'm impressed how they remember each child's name. I have noticed a big increase in my son's self control" and "perseverance" in all aspects of his life. As a parent I like how many classes there are for his age group. It has been easy to fit two classes a week into our routines. I highly recommend this program!"

Our daughter started at Sirota’s Alchymy as a tiny tiger and is going on her 10th year. Master Sirota and the instructors are kind, supportive, patient but still firm. They don’t hand out stripes or belts unless the kids have earned it. They teach grit and perseverance. Teaching them that failure isn’t falling down, it’s not getting back up.

Very welcoming and inclusive. The teachers are friendly. My son is with their special needs class and he is thriving in the environment. His older brother went thru the same class. Master Sirota has a way of communicating with the students. Highly recommend

I have been consistently impressed by the programming offered by Sirota’s Alchemy. Prior to our first lesson at Sirota’s, we struggled to find activities in the community that were both inclusive and structured. The fact that the instructors are both patient and able to maintain consistent expectations for the students is game-changing for children that need support to adjust to a structured environment. Master Sirota and the instructors should be proud of the great service they’re providing young people in the community. I would highly recommend.

I am the mom of a child with neurodiverse and differences in physical abilities. We struggled to find an activity she could participate in and excel at for many years. On the recommendation of a friend, whose daughter also took classes at Sirota's, we met Master Sirota for a 1:1 session to determine if he felt she could join the special needs group class. He said she could,, and though i was skeptical i was also very excited for her. I was soooo shocked to see how engaged the instructors and kids where... it't been a few years since we began, and my daughter continues to learn in grow in so many ways. Yes, she Just tested for her green belt after being camo for over a year,,,,,, but the teachers kept her motivated despite being on line for half of it!!!! that in itself is a HUGE deal!!!The Alchymy ensures the students learn teh moves they need, but they really learn a lot more. They learn about themselves as humans, about their abilities and a language of perseverance and determination.I cannot recommend siorta's Alchmy enough. It is one of the best things in my daughter's life and she really loves it. Her body is benefitting as well as her brain - AND she has fun doing it. We also love the summer camps and the special tournaments the kids can do and earn trophies for demonstrating what they know.Master sirota has found ways to keep the kids motivated while the take the necessary time it takes to work towards their belts. There is no set amount of time or lessons it takes to be able to test, so having motivation along the way with different theme months, or focuses on learning, or stickers etc has been really helpful.It's worth what they charge, and they also give back in so many ways. Oh and one more thing, the instructors are VERY consistent. Both in what they are teaching ( and how),, and also,, who. The kids get to know and trust their instructors who are always there for them unlike other classes where every term the instructors are changing. These instructors really KNOW our kids and that makes a huge difference,HIGHLY recommeded!!!!!
