Extremely poor communication with owners. In the last year the minutes from strata meetings have been late being distributed to owners most of the time. When owners email asking questions they rarely get a response.

I'm very impressed with the trades Nini has directed our way. We needed a plumber for a very specific task. The plumber was there next business day as it wasn't an urgent matter, but required extensive knowledge.

*edit*Nini doesn’t read emails and doesn’t return calls. Lived in my home for 10 months and received one email reply (even though I’ve complained and asked for approval of repairs 6 times) and now May 17 I get my FIRST letter where now they change their tune. Apparently according to Nini, strata council changed their mind on my issue with my neighbour from hell and now that neighbour allowed to break bylaws? That’s interesting.Can I just get a response? I email, or I call doesn’t matter at this point. If I’m contacting due to a complaint or if I’m asking for approval on getting a repair done. I just want a simple email or call
