I paid $340 to have two couches moved from Scandesign in Kelowna to my new home in Enderby. The couches arrived with one delivery person. One person to unload two couches.I was informed that they weren't able to bring the couches into the house. (Not that one man could move them anyways).The couches were left in the dirt outside the house. I am a woman on my own, I couldn't possibly move them.So I am only giving Ace one star. Not sure what the $340 was for. I'd have been better off renting a uhaul trailer and asking my sons for help.The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because the driver was truly a nice person who felt badly for leaving me with two couches in the dirt.

I have shipped items from as far as from Edmonton AB without any problem. Very professional and take care of shipped items. Their customer care is top notch. Thank you Ace Courier.

I received a call from Glen on December 2nd, 2022 as ACE had a package of mine since what looks like October 24th. Apparently they tried calling me a handful of times (I never received these calls..) to pick up this package as it wasn’t deliverable. Not sure why.. as it’s not a cryptic address and we receive packages without issue. I drove to ACE on Waddington and picked up the box.The staff were friendly and responsive.Unfortunately, the contents of the shipment were poking out of a very dusty and what looked to me a box uncared for.On the plus side I was offered a calendar.

I called to get an ETA on my delivery and was given a concise and polite reply. So much better than the very agitated Purolator employee I dealt with earlier! Thanks ACE!

Delivery not made despite several attempts to get them to. Driver looked up retail business to see hours, and even though they were open, lied and said they weren't there. Mgr couldn't get it delivered so I had another courier pick it up from Burnaby to deliver it. Still charged me so I'm going to report to BBB. Atbthe very least I should not have been charged. I realize staffing is an issue but the follow up is horrible.

I’ve shipped many packages with Ace, they’ve always arrived on time and undamaged. So far… so good.
