I had a great experience with Alex and his partner! Although they have a shop on St. Joseph, they also provide mobile services so if your personal vehicle is stuck at home, then they can easily come by and fix it on the spot. I called in the morning to book an appointment and they responded a few hours later. On the day of the appointment, they arrived in their van and easily resolved the issue in a short time period. Payment is convenient as you can do so by e-transfer or credit card. Will gladly use them again the next time I need servicing.

I saw the Ottawa Easy Wheels van on my street one morning and asked for their card as they were helping one of my neighbours change over to their winter tires. I was amazed at the tools and ease in which they were able to do so. The mobile service is great for people who just don't have the time to bring their vehicle in or on very tight schedules.I contacted Alex and advised him that I would need some additional servicing as well as a winter tire change so he gave me a quote and booked me in. There was email reminders about the upcoming appointment, which I like. We dropped the car off and it only took a couple of hours for them to complete the service.What really sets them apart from some big box stores like Canadian Tire is their thoroughness. Alex did an inspection and provided videos of the issues he noticed and rated them to let us know when we should have a look at these issues and whether or not they are critical. The videos were helpful to show exactly what he was talking about and so we had documentation of the actual issue.If you live in Orleans (or beyond), I can't recommend this company enough. You truly get what you pay for and more. Excellent experience and service and will be happily bringing my vehicle back to their capable and professional hands.
