Rented off these guys for over a year and a half, storage units had poor weather stripping, everything inside the unit was caked in dust all the time,Went to move out, gave a months notice, has all my stuff out days prior to my move out date. Messaged them to tell them I was out and apparently you have to call. So they took another month's rent @$198 the day I was supposed to be out so I called and then he explained I couldn't do the move out notice by message, and instead of being a reasonable company they still took my $198 for that next month.I wouldn't recommend renting from them at all !!

I have been a customer of storage experts for over 2.5 years ,, it's a very easy accessible and convenient location for my needs,, I admit of being late on my fees more than once in the past year or so but have been treated with professional service in this matter, I feel confident that my goods are being stored is in a safe and secure location,Thanks Storage Experts

I had a unit for quite awhile. I found that the local owner was very easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. I would use these people again and would recommend other to use them as well.

Easily one of the best places to rent from in town. James is really friendly and easy to work with great guy over all.Properties are really nice and priced really well.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage place or a nicer rental property in town.

James was super helpful throughout my experience. I’m not the best with technology, but he was able to walk me through the rental start to finish. He even came to site late at night to help me park the trailer as the day extended on longer than expected.

I have cancelled this rental on December 9th, James was at the storage unit and I requested he cancel the charges, he undicated he would. It is 2 months later and I have been charged twice, and have called James for clarification and he is not returning my calls. Have informed my credit card company to dispute the charges. Very unhappy customer.James and I were able to connect and work out the issues we had. James was at the unit when I left and assisted me by cutting off the lock, with no additional charges, apparently there is an additional 100$ charge, thanks James.

After having a rough start renting storage here the owner put in a great effort to make improvements in the operation of the business. He has plans to upgrade the quality of the untis and has been great in accommodating my concerns. He has put a consistent effort into addressing my issues and making sure my future billing cycle works for me... I'm happy with the service overall in the end.

Funny how the company replies to the people coming for James as he has set a beautiful name for himself. Yet ignore the customers that actually left a review…This place was amazing until it was passed on to James. It saddens me to see how he has treated the company he was given. I’m sure they are working insanely hard to get the company running up to standards. Unfortunately as everything James has done is now becoming extremely public through all social media rental groups, web searches and of course companies he owns; when people read how he treats people through his business or through his properties most will stay clear of him and his company in general.
