I would NOT recommend this company at all!! It is really sad I use to shop here all the time previously, but I won't be anymore. I just spent over $150.00 out of that $150.00 I purchased 3 grape vines $23.00 each. I had them less than 24 hours and they wilted completely. They were for mother's day and I bought them on Saturday the day before. On the tag they say good to -40 . I called them yesterday to advise and to see if I can do a straight exchange and was denied. The worker said as long they as they planted they are good to -40 or they need to be covered if not planted ( this information would have been appreciated when I purchased them ) . No where on the tag does it mention not planted care. I recommend shopping anywhere else but here as they do not stand behind their product at all, nor do they put the proper information on their tags .I'm very disappointed in this company and how they handled this situation.

I did have a 5 star rating but bumped it down to a 3 now. I brought in a credit today (Oct5, 2019) amd couldn't use it towards trees on sale. Had to pay the non sale price. Ridiculous.Good products however not happy with their policies. My wife doesn't want to shop their anymore.

This review is going to be a summary of my experience over this year and last year. We purchased approximately $600 of trees and shrubs last May and had arranged delivery on these items for a specific day and approximate time (morning). The day of delivery, nothing had shown up by early afternoon. I tried calling to talk to someone about the delivery, and after many phone calls finally got to speak to a person working there. They assured us that something had come up and the plants would still be delivered. When they finally did show up later that afternoon, some of the plants we had picked out were not the same ones that were delivered. While this was eventually corrected, we had to waste an entire day waiting for the correct delivery of the plants we purchased.Fast forward to this year, 3 of the trees we planted last May are essentially dead. While I realize this can happen (and there is a warranty provided for this), I cannot get a hold of anyone to ask if we can get a store credit to honor the warranty. I have sent multiple emails and left VMs over the course of a week, and have not received any response.Overall, I have not been impressed with the after-sale service and support from this business. If you are going to charge premium prices for your products, please provide premium service.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Boutique, decor, plants, plant care and garden statuaries. They have is all.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was there with my grandmother who needs certain things explained clearly, and we had some things we were taking with us and some we were getting delivered, and they were very patient and made sure everything was confirmed and double checked. The customers not so much; god forbid they be expected to wait a full five minutes to cash out behind a woman buying $500 worth of plants at a nursery and is setting up delivery and a 2 year guarantee on her shrubs and trees. If you want a quick in and out go to Canadian tire and get lower quality products and service.Definitely will go here again for future purchases.

I do not see my review from today so I’m resending. I have been a customer for a number of years. I appeared to be the only customer for a time. After picking up some products the bag of soil I bought came open when I loaded in car. I decided to go back in to see if had any tape to reseal for bag. They were able to find some Electric Tape. One woman said “why don’t we just replace it” to which I replied “that is Ok I can manage”. Everything would have ended satisfactory for me until I heard older woman say as she walked away “well hopefully you can find your own tape at home”!! I toke this as a sarcastic comment that I should not have made what I considered to be a reasonable customer requests in the first place. This is first reviewed I have done in years.

Bought a couple astilbe a year ago. Bought the mikes fertilizer to put on them thinking there was a two year warranty on them but apparently the warranty is only for shrubs and trees. Last year didn’t produce at all thinking ok next year will come along better. This year they did the same, grew about 4 inches high then stopped growing and wilted. I called them to enquire and of course no warranty on perennials. She told me every excuse y they wouldn’t be growing. Even kept the card that tells you what to do and how to care for them and even googled on them. Now I’m stuck with a couple plants that don’t grow and have no refund or warranty. Poor service. Will not buy from there again.

Always like shopping here! Their plants are healthy and strong. Only 4 stars because I wasn't impressed with the lack of planter pot selection. It was limited. I did find 1 but was looking for another couple to finish off my yard. They also aren't taking ANY returns or exchanges right now so think carefully when buying to try" anything. I had a sprinkler that didn't work as expected and am now stuck with it. I did not see any visible signs stating that is the case and was not informed at the time of purchase. Still enjoyed shopping there."

Quite a disappointment. Do not buy from them during the first week or two of opening.I inquired about a tree purchased May 5, 2020 (opening week). The following year, the tree died (about 10' tall) except for two new leafing branches at the base of the tree. I was told to come back the following year as it still had life in it."
