I am absolutely disgusted by the actions of one of your drivers. License plate ending in 2175.He was merging into my lane in heavy traffic, I was at the front wheel barrel driver side of his truck when he started to try to merge into my lane, so clearly he should lay back and slide in behind but he wouldn't he kept pushing to push me into another lane where I literally had no where to go. Not only is this wreckless but very dangerous for everyone on the road. He then proceeded to finger me which means he clearly doesn't get he was at fault and has zero respect for the rules of the road.I will be reporting this to the police so be aware of this. Whoever was driving this truck today should be fired or loose their license if they want to continue to drive in an unsafe manner.

I called customer service today to inquire about their services as I am in the process of relocating my business. The lady on the phone was at first pleasant. She advised me that they only do curb drop off for residential and commercial they MAY drop it off inside. but they will not come in to load the items in their trucks. They had to be ready outside to be picked up, which I found it odd, so I was asking questions because I am in no position to just leave my expensive laser machines outside, I was put on hold. When she came back I was told, after speaking to my supervisor, I don't think we are what you're looking for. Definitely not I was expecting!

Drivers can be a bit hit and miss but overall they're pretty quick, reliable and very competitively priced. Customer service has always been helpful

I wish I could give zero stars even though zero would be too much. I don't usually write these reviews but feel it may save another company some money. My motto is after 3 strikes you are out and Diamond Delivery certainly accomplished this. I should have know after the first bad experience to move on but felt everyone deserves a second chance. On three separate occasions Diamond Delivery either failed to pick up as scheduled, deliver as scheduled or not pick up at all. This in turn cost my company a considerable amount of added expense. The straw that broke the camels back was when I scheduled a time sensitive delivery for a Monday pick up before 3pm. At 2:45 I called dispatch looking for the truck and was told it could not make it and it will be picked up the following day. The next day (Tuesday) comes and at 2:45 I again call dispatch and my call was forwarded to voicemail as no one answered. I left a voicemail and here it is 4 days later and still no truck and no call from anyone. This type of customer service is totally unacceptable and I can't for the life of me understand how this company is still in business. I really hope this review helps another customer from having to experience this unprofessional behaviour.

I have used Diamond for several shipments from Vancouver to local addresses and across Canada over the past year. I would say 50% of the time your shipment will be picked up without issue and delivered without issue but they have done everything from, forgetting to put my order in their system to sending the wrong size truck that wouldn’t fit our shipment to using a third party company who delivered our items cracked, dented and part of the shipment was lost. It’s also impossible to get them to call you back with information but when they do expect them to be completely unconcerned about the outcome. Their prices are somewhat reasonable locally but for the price you pay for something to go out of the city or province you expect solid service and they do not deliver on this. TIP: read the terms before choosing them because their coverage for lost and damage shipments is awful and likely won’t come close to covering your product if something happens. Won’t be using them again in the future. Look elsewhere for courier services. Diamond is too much of a wildcard for a business to rely on.

This company has the worst drivers EVER! I witness one of their drivers trying to merge and push a vehicle into oncoming traffic, however the position he was in was the merge and needed to do so when it was safe and he chose to try and bully" another vehicle into oncoming traffic where they had no where to go. GET A HANDLE ON YOUR DRIVERS ESPECIALLY IN COMPANY BRANDED VEHICLES!!! If this is how your employees drive in a vehicle that has a logo on it I can only imagine how they drive in their own vehicles as well! I will NEVER use this company due to what I witnessed yesterday"

Diamond Delivery has to be one of the worst couriers on the planet, they state next day delivery, however, it cannot be any further from that truth. You call before advised next day service cut off, You pay for next day service, get confirmation of next day service while booking to confirm it will be delivered the next day and 3 days later it still hasn't arrived after following up after not receiving next day. You call their dispatch only to be told item arrived at their depot next day but they were short of drivers and item will be there before lunch that day, STILL no delivery or compensation offered. The crew I have on site have to be paid for work they cannot do because Diamond Delivery are so incompetent it is actually unbelievable. This has happened several times now and we have been instructed to not use Diamond Delivery again. Next Day Delivery with Diamond Deliveries DOES NOT EXIST, ESPECIALLY if you're shipping on Vancouver Island and I don't mean mainland to Vancouver Island!

Very fast service. Our pallets got picked up yesterday and now it already came to the destination. Also I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to Jessie Wieler for a very excellent customer service. She helped me all the way and with all my questions, she always respond very quick. We will make sure to use them again for future shipping that our company will need.

I wish I could give -5 stars. I read the reviews about this company and believed it was a good choice, but I was so wrong! This company was a nightmare in my life. My move came from Toronto to Saskatoon. It was supposed to be delivered on May 15, but only arrived 10 days later. The communication with the company was amazing before I hired them, which gave me a positive impression. I deeply regret the decision to work with them. To make things worse, one table and an expensive office chair were broken and they refused to pay for the damage. I will return to Toronto in a couple years but definitely will look for a better company next time.

In the last few months, I've hired Diamond Delivery to do 5 loads around the Vancouver area and Fraser Valley. I'm happy with their pricing and service. I've specifically dealt with Amit, who has been professional and friendly.There have been a couple of snags with these loads (that's trucking!) but Amit and the drivers have always ensured that the job was completed despite problems that arose.Problems happen; it's follow-through that matters, and Diamond follows through and gets the job done!UPDATE: Amit no longer works for Diamond but I have still used them and found their service great.
