It was so refreshing to deal with a real professional. Joanie Robitaille was extremely competent, asked the right questions and actually sold us according to what we needed. The result was a perfect mattress at a reasonable price, and the perfect pillow for our type of mattress and sleeping position. I definitely reccommend you shop your mattress in person and not online..

Exceptional customer service, both in person and on the phone. There were very patient with us and provided us with dozens of possibilities to have our bed frame made. The after-sales support is also one of a kind. I would strongly recommend this location.

Second mattress, great helpful sales people. Not your typical Her majesty the queen's bedding selection. But very competitive pricing with all the necessary comfort. Not the NASA pillow technology mumbo jumbo.

Just wanted to share the absolutely amazing service I received at Matelas Bonheur 10/30.My wife and I were helped by a gentleman named Marc-André and he was absolutely fantastic.He was kind, knowledgeable, patient, had a non-pushy “salesman attitude”, calm character and easy going personality was why we fully trusted Marc-André and ultimately we purchased our mattress from him because of all of these reasons. He also shared personal experiences, things to consider and you can sense he really wanted the best mattress for us, and not to just make a “sale”. He even went ABOVE and BEYOND to move a mattress we were trying to ANOTHER bed base so we can get a more realistic feel of what it would be like on our platform, this was amazing service!Service like this is not easy to find and when it is, I leave a review like this so everyone knows where to find it. If anyone is looking for a new mattress, I strongly suggest you consider this location and ask when Marc-André is working. This man deserves a raise!

Great service from Joanie. Gave us a lot of info on the different mattresses. We finally chose the Technogel. Looking forward to sleeping on it at home.
