I wouldn’t recommend to get a new sim card from this store unless you know exactly what you want. Don’t ask for their opinions. Do your research by yourself before you visit the store.

I'd like to give a shout out to Kelly B. at Rogers. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my new phone by delivering it to my home (after she finished work). Despite issues with her internet, dealing with other customers on her own and being the end of the day, she was able to get the phone set up and delivered to my house. And all that with a smile.

If you want friendly service this is not the place for you, went in for a new phone and plan and it’s all the rep could do to avoid doing her job. Most unprofessional Rogers experience ever. Drive to Port Elgin or do everything online.

The workers are great but if you have any problems they arent authorized to fix them. They have to call in just like you would.

I was having a big problem with my phone , I needed to receive some personal calls and phone various numbers for information.I called to make an appointment at the store in Kincardine, waited outside until called in and the service was very good, the problem was not only fixed quickly but I was shown how to correct it if it occurred again.Thanks to the lady there who fixed my problem I am able to continue on with my day with no more interruptionsThank youKen Corbett

Never buy anything from this store. My father went in looking for a new phone. They talked him up into a $600 phone and a $90 plan with 10GB of data that he will never use. The phone retails at other stores for $350. He also only needs a talk and text plan worth $35. They abused an elderly man by not listening to his needs. This store will take advantage of you and your family. Avoid it.

Kelly, the girl that works in this store, is a one woman show. She goes through all the details with customers to find exactly what they want. Whatever they're paying her they should DOUBLE it. Long wait times due to lack of staffing so be patient with Kelly, she's doing an amazing job, oh yeah with a cast on one arm too. Too bad she can't get some help, maybe they should pay more? Come on Rogers, you have a virtual monopoly at least pay the ones doing your bidding well!
