I recently bought a Ray-Ban at this store, and as other Google Maps reviews have noted, Anthony provided top-notch service. He was really personable, patient, and helpful in helping me choose the best frame (out of a huge collection at the store), color, and lens for me whilst also explaining to me the different features/trends for Ray-Ban products.I also really appreciate how the store fixed my current Ray-Ban (for free) even though I bought my current frame at a different store.Ray-Ban is lucky to have this Eaton Center store introduce its retail stores/services to the Canadian market!

Recently bought some prescription sunglasses and the process was seamless! Charlie was super knowledgeable, he helped me on my first visit and helped me understand how the prescription sunglasses worked and even explained the insurance and claim process. He truly cared and made sure I was taken care of.On my visit to pick them up when ready, Daniel the store manager helped me, he made sure the glasses fit me well and made some additional adjustments on the spot. He went above and beyond by showing me how to care for them.I love my new Raybans!

Stay away unorganized mess and promissess . I both my first pair while Antony was mamager....he was great helpful patient knowelage helpful no push to sell..Well can things go down any faster.. so far Daniel current manager promised call back 3 times... nothingI called store and ask for customer service number ...lady gave me store suport....Run away while you can

Charlie at the Eaton Centre location is fantastic! I lost my Ray Ban prescription sunglasses and he pulled up my file, had them re ordered and matched the price to last time. Great Service. They also did an amazing job getting my progressive lens correct.

Purchased my first pair of prescription eyeglasses directly from Ray-Ban thinking it will be a better experience getting them direct, as opposed to my usual approach through Lenscrafters. Boy was I wrong. I bought the special digital lenses with all the coatings because I wanted a clearer lens and something that would withstand scratches longer than a few months. Within a day the coatings seemed to peel off with just normal usage and cleaning using the provided lens cloth. The customer service and delays to get this fixed has been awful. I'd recommend going elsewhere to get your vision needs met...

I want to specifically thank Angeldavid at the store. I thought my new evolve sunglasses did not change colour, and Angeldavid examined them patiently for me. Then I mentioned that I saw a promotion online right after I purchased this pair, then I showed the promotion on the Ray-ban official website, and Angeldavid matched the promotion for me. Super supportive staff!
