Ideal Heating installed a complete replacement HVAC system (furnace, heat pump, humidifier and thermostat) - and also their uniquely thorough duct cleaning. I chose this company based on the special status they have as Bryant Canada’s most decorated/trained installation team in Ontario.Amit was a delight to deal with - spending the time with us to explain my options and the pros/cons of different configurations. He listened to our priorities and together we came up with a package that worked for us (and he also arranged for Energy Audit to set up eligibility forthe Government grant!)The installation process went well, and Amit took the time at the end of a long day to ensure we understood the fancy new thermostat and how it integrated into the system.No long-term experience yet, but delighted with how the system is cooling the house quietly & effectively (very much as Amit indicated when quoting).Planning to build a long term relationship with Amit’s company - signed up for annual maintenance.No hesitation in recommending his company for HVAC-related work
