BRAMPTON ALUMINUM RAILINGS

I contacted Brampton Railings recently for a quote to replace my old , rusty iron railings. I was given a quote , agreed with their price and terms and was waiting for their rep to come and measure for the job. Instead they texted me and told me they couldn't / wouldn't do the job because they couldn't find an installer to do it. If you can't do a job , DON'T give a price and time frame for it !!!!

We hired Brampton Aluminum Railing to make the railing for our porch. I'm very happy with the quality and services.

This company has very bad service standards. They were very efficient till I paid the deposit. It was all downhill from there.I had to call multiple times to just get a sample of the railing. After many more delays, they installed the railing partially - with screws sticking out. They never bothered to answer the phone. Finally when I got in touch, they gave lousy excuses about why they couldn’t complete the installation on time.After delaying for another 3 weeks, they called one morning to inform that they are coming that day to complete the installation. Then they insisted on getting paid the same day – no invoice, nothing.The women who spoke to ask for payment was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She needs serious training on speaking to customers. She never apologized for the delays but kept insisting on getting paid. When I asked for an invoice for the balance, she threatened to charge me the full amount instead of the balance.This is the last time I’m working with this company and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

Bad Customer Service. They quote over market price.When you ask for some clarifications they get angry and don't want your Business.Not for end user customers.Bad experiance.
