First time ever getting a Medi Pedi. Best first experience in my life. The staff was wonderful, we even had a good laugh because my feet are such a ticklish spot and I tried so hard to stay still. They were very sweet and friendly. They treat you almost like family. Most certainly coming back here again!!- Melanie

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces ready to hang up our coats! Great shellac colour selection to choose from, and kind staff - and fantastic pricing! Will absolutely be coming back :)

I just got my nails done with Ha she’s so sweet and took her time with me. It really does make a difference when they smile and ask how you’re doing. It makes the experience more comfortable. I’m happy I like this place as it’s close to home and I can walk, I will definitely go back. I was in a rush so I only got a acrylic refill and asked her not to paint it. So I painted and designed my own nails but was extremely happy with the technique of refill it was not thick like most places and the lengths were perfect!

The first time I went I just got shellac polish on my own nails and she did a really great job. The next time I came in I got a full acrylic set. The filing was really wonky, I kept asking for it to be fixed, it got better but still doesn't look great unfortunately, so my original rating went down. She did put a white base under my selected colour (bright yellow) so it would appear brighter, which I thought was a nice touch. So overall, I gave 3 stars, I guess it depends who you get.

Never going back here. Waxing was a very poor job pedi was rushed. They needed chairs so told me I could leave when my nails were not completely dry.

This salon is very good and the nail techs there are very talented they made a really cute set that I custom requested !!! And they killed it !!! Deff recommend going there

Best salon in Ottawa! I am never disappointed! Staff is very friendly with a family oriented feeling. Service is excellent ! Love all the staff ! Definitely recommend!

Loan is such an expert and so gentle! I was looking to add some holiday flair without making it look tacky & she absolutely Nailed it! ❤Nude powder dip with Shellac French tips & design on almond shaped nails.

Disappointed with basic manicure and salon. Thumb cuticle got a deep cut and bled and no apology. My technician was very rough with the massage on my arthritic hands and did not listen when I complained it was painful. I also found the salon, the station and general cleanliness lacking not to mention messy dress appearance and with no ambiance within.I do not recommend this place and believe you get what you pay for with their low pricing.
