Stopped in for a meal, met the famous Vanessa! Club sandwich is awesome! Not used to strangers being friendly where I’m from (Ontario) this felt like home.

Vanessa is an absolute gem as well also is Mark.Stumbled across this gem by chance and glad we did as it become our regular watering hole whilst we were in gander.We would drive 20 minutes out of gander to come and eat here and since we had a camper Vanessa said we were always welcome to stay the night in the parking lot.If you want great food and drinks and amazing Newfoundland hospitality this is the place for you.

If you want a great local experience in the Gander area, MUST DO! This just happened to be the closest resto to our cabin, found it by chance and my gosh. Sincerely the best find.Owners are so lovely, immediately like family. The food was SO FRESH, cooked fresh and with passion for sure. There are darts, pool, casino games, fireside lounge, and the bar rail is the best. Such cozy fun decor and vibes from this place.Sincerely worth the 10-15 miute drive from Gander, avoid the more touristy spots and pricing, come out to the local gem. You will not regret. Already planning our return.
