I dropped off a package at the Fedex for return shipping back to a retailer. After 2 weeks and no movement of the parcel I called the store to see why it hadn't been sent yet. Unfortunately they have lost my parcel and can not offer me any help. I would recommend to everyone that you request they scan the parcel in front of you and request a receipt of the transaction (which was not offered to me) to avoid this happening to you as well.
