The guys were responsive, polite, professional, informative, and incredibly hard working. They kept me informed of their progress throughout the day as I worked and did an amazing and beautiful job cleaning up my mess of a backyard and front garden. They brought curb appeal to my home which would have taken me weeks to complete myself (took them one day!). A real pleasure!

Out of a number of companies I tried to contact to complete our small project they were the only ones to respond quickly and their communication was thorough and professional. Did gutter cleaning for a complex of 36 condo units. Did an excellent job of cleaning gutters and repairing downspouts as necessary. Worked quickly and left the area tidy. Price quoted was competitive and in my opinion well worth the cost.Service workers were polite, friendly and very receptive to individual owner concerns and requests. Recommend with no hesitation.

Great experience. Although I did have to ask them to come back for some re-work, Graeme was very prompt and professional with coordinating both the initial and re-work visits for our preliminary spring clean up. They’ll be my first call next time I need yard services for any of our properties.

We had a retaining wall in need of repair and called JP Property for a quote. They quickly came out and gave us the estimate. We called on JP Property Management several times through the year. In the summer months they painted our fence, did yard landscaping and yard waste removal and helped with anything that was too heavy for us to do. This winter they helped with furniture moving and relocating household incidentals to our storage unit. As seniors it become harder and harder to do some of the basic chores around our home. It is so nice to have a company available to help us out with these things. They were always very polite, careful, fast and reliable in everything they did.
