I had a wonderful experience to fix an oil leak issue recently. My service advisor Hal coordinated everything from towing to the final pick-up. He kept me informed throughout the repair. Thanks Hal!

$220 plus taxes for an oil change for a golf? Don’t blame inflation. It’s just a regular Golf.Midas does oil chnange for my vehicle for $160.00 plus taxes. 40% less.I called Midas and verified as per my vin number.Unbelievable. I al afraid how much oil chnage cost for larger VW vehicles? $400??

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COST.I had an issue with my camera. They said that it would be an electrical issue.They spent 1 hour to figure this out. The charge for 1 hour is around $180. I went into the shop around 1 pm and I had to wait until 4 pm to get my car back.Second visit, they spent 2 hours and couldn’t find the issue. I will remind you that hourly charge is $180. So another $360 this day.They said they will need another 3-4 hours to locate the issue, which means this will cost you another over $500.The service charge is ridiculously high and don’t expect to get any good quality service here.

Had a 60K service due. Dealt with Shane, the Service Manager, who went the extra mile in providing excellent customer service. I had a couple of other items to be looked at. All was completed and finished withno surprise costs as well in a very timely fashion. I have dealt with 3 other VW dealerships in the past, and by far, Open Road Service department is the best! Thanks Shane and team!!

Ashley was my service advisor. She was calm and understanding. She has proposed some effective solution to my problems. And I am satisfied with my visit.

Really terrible service here from Jerome, my service advisor. One of the mirrors on my car was damaged and needed repair. They had the part available and got me in for an appointment quite quickly. Jerome called me and said my vehicle was done. Another service advisor was who I spoke with when I picked up my vehicle and paid. Neither of them disclosed, either on the phone or in person, the fact that they had not actually fixed the mirror, they had just placed the cover on. The clips had apparently been broken, but rather than call me to inform me of this and give me the opportunity to order that new part as well, I found out on the bottom of the paperwork in small font, that it was put on, but that it was not recommended I go through a car wash as the cap (ie the whole thing) might break off, as it was not properly affixed. I then got in touch with the service manager who was kind enough and agreed that the service was not okay. He said they would order the part right away and have my car back in to put it on properly. At this point he estimated it would be about a week to get the part in and paint it. I waited a full month, and no one called to tell me the part was in. I called the service manager again who said Jerome was handling it. Right afterwards I get a phone call from Jerome who said it had just arrived. I asked him why it had taken 3 extra weeks, and he said it was delayed being painted and that he didn't let me know because he didn't want to bother me. I'm quite certain Jerome completely forgot to order the part and then just lied to me.I will never bring my car back here for service, as I would not trust them to complete any work properly. Nor would I expect them to do anything in a timely manner or properly communicate with me.

I’ve always had a positive experience at OpenRoad VW previously with Sam Oi, also with Patrick in service, and most recently with Austin in parts dept. All three of these staff are beyond helpful, genuine service driven team members. Thank you Austin for helping me out a couple days ago. It was such a great experience it made this review easy to write. This is the place to get a Volkswagen. Top notch!

I brought my diesel Jetta in for a minor matter I did not want to attend to myself. Mark in the service department took care of it right away, at very little cost. I am always impressed with Open Road VW. They definitely strive for perfection and will have my business for as long as I own my car. I am 'wowed'.
