I love coming here everytime! Been going here on a regular for a few months now. I usually order online and get what I want super fast, but they display their menu clearly and in a manner that's easily understood. Their store front is very clean and organized and I've never had a negative experience with customer service. My only wish is that they had more accessories.

The only reason why I shop here is because the Bud is the cheapest in the city and its close to my place. Otherwise I would not be wasting my time. The management is super unorganized and unprofessional. Every time I would call or message management they would ghost me or make up some lame excuse as to why they didn’t/couldn’t answer. If your looking for a dead end job and you don’t care about how you’re treated then this is the place for you! But as an employee who used to work here take it from me, that I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone looking for experience/work as a new bud-tender!

I recently discovered Discounted Cannabis at 1115 Ouellette Ave and I am so glad I did! The store offers a wide selection of quality products at unbeatable prices. From flower to edibles, they have everything you could want. But what really sets this place apart is their knowledgeable and friendly staff. They made me feel at home and helped me find the perfect products for my needs. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The customer service at this location is depressing. I once waited 5 minutes ALONE in the store while cashier boy was outside having his cigarette. The store is completely disgusting and run down, it smells of BO all the time and the staff look and dress like complete bums. Very bad vibes from this location. Avoid Ouellette and visit another location.

Amazing staff especially for being one of the only places open in belle river at night. Very kind and helpful when it came to questions I had and even felt like I had been going forever, even if it was my first time going inside.

Website and in store says we price match everyone. That wasn't the case for me this morning. Employee had no idea how to price match and said I'd need to come back later when a manager is in. I asked what time and was answered with I'm not sure. You need to ensure your employees are properly trained to handle the things you offer. They wouldn't even make a phone call!
