Horrible experience!My sister and I were here today and we both got pedicures.First of, they were short staffed or they over booked because we called in advance to get a spot. Due to this they rushed our pedicures.They didn’t use scrub, which is usually included in this regular pedicures. On top of that, they didn’t clean my cuticle at all and when I said that they left some spots they told me that I was wrong and that is how it’s done.My soles still had dead skin even after repeatedly telling them to scrub them, the filing/cut was not shaped properly as you can see in the pictures below.Lastly, they rushed us out of there with partially wet nail polish.Will never come back to this salon.

I have been coming here for 5 years. Quyen is amazing and her work is always meticulous. The rest of the staff are so kind and friendly. Highly recommend. Always make an appt first as they are busy!

This was my first time ever getting someone else to do my nails considering I learned gel-x during the pandemic. But life has been on the low lately, so I decided to treat myself. My friend recommended me this place and I’m so glad she did. I was super nervous about making sure that I follow etiquette and that I wouldn’t be hurt or nicked.I had Steven first and he is a master at shaping nails. He was so quick and precise, making sure I liked everything about it. I was already so impressed. Hannah then came along and did the design and was also quick and precise. I can also tell how much care she puts into everything as she was definitely being a perfectionist and giving me only the best.A lady came next to me who had gotten her nails done there but politely asked for a fix in her polish application as it was lifting. They were so nice and re-did it for her, including reapplying the gems. She also saw my manicure and took a picture, complimenting them. Perfect rating all around for their great service and friendliness. I wish I also understood Vietnamese just to be able to know the ins and outs of what they were saying but maybe it’s best if I don’t know haha.There were a few uptight ladies in for pedicures and maybe they were just particular but I was impressed with how patient and accommodating. I will definitely return soon and maybe get the whole works and get a pedicure too. Thank you for making my first time a great experience! I hope I tipped well enough to show appreciation for your work.

Quyen is remarkable and I’ve had nothing but beautiful nails by her! However I booked to get them removed and have a regular manicure in place to cover up the marks on my nails and this was very poorly done - I had to remove the manicure before I got home, stopped to get nail polish remover at Safeway. Had an event to get too, and already had spent an hour and a half at the salon. Still paid $52 for this service that was just terrible, uneven and down right ugly. Marks all over the place

Everyone at country nail and spa is wonderful and provide fabulous service! Quyen perfects my nails every time and I’ve never left disappointed. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to achieve the look I’m wanting.

Very friendly staff from the moment you walk in the door. Great quality work and services provided. My nails always last for a long period of time and are durable. The staff always ensure I’m happy with the service I’ve received before I walk out the door.

I have used this place consistently for a few years now. I have had great service at times, and good service at others. My last appointment a few weeks ago was awful. I debated about writing anything but decided I needed to. Both my pedicure and manicure were incredibly rushed, the woman cut into my cuticles in both my toenails and fingernails and left a number of them bleeding and raw. The nail cutting on both was also very poor. My feet were still extremlely rough after her so called attempt at taking off the rough skin. She was quite rude and didnt seem to care at all. I ahve never left without tipping for any service but this time I did not leave a tip and I will NEVER return to this establishment. Robyn

I am not a confrontational person, but I feel the need to say this. I had gel nails and got fills every three weeks. I was unable to get in with my usual tech, who is fabulous, so I got a squeeze in appointment for a gel fill at this salon. The fill was quick with low attention to detail, and the filing and cutting was very rough, I did bleed. I noticed the method they used to apply the gel was different, but I didn't think anything of it. Was charged 80 bucks for mediocre nails..... fast forward to my next few fills with my regular nail tech. She tells me they used acrylic to fill the nails instead of gel, like I had asked. Furthermore, she told me it might even be dentistry grade acrylic, which is dangerous and illegal.The workmanship done at this salon was poor and made for harder fills going forward. I also developed nail fungus under the acrylic that was used, which we did not find out until later. Overall not satisfied with the service I received at this establishment, and I will not be coming back here again.

Had a pedicure done here. The tech was rough when cutting my cuticles and did cut me. I asked for no colour but assumed I would get a clear coat of polish. I did not and when I asked she ignored me. The staff is also very unprofessional and openly laughing about a small tip they had received from a customer. I was disappointed with this place.

Helen was excellent for my shellac manicure. Was super thorough and detailed. Loved the hand massage afterwards as well. I just started coming to Country Nails since August and have been very happy with their services.
