Had a problem with my hood not lining up. This was the result of some previous work and they resolved the problem. Again the hvac systems keep going down. There tec who stayed on the problem fond the problem. The engineers @ westernstar couldn't figure it out but Chuck found it. Cab mount damage brought the cab down onto the wiring harness and Finley fix it.

These guys are always on top of their game. I don't know how they do it, but they are really different from any other shop our fleet uses. They take time to understand each problem, assess the situation and the needs of your operation, and proceed to complete all work in a timely and cost effective manner.With their service team, we never have to worry about being overcharged or having to dispute our invoices.
