The people here have bad customer service.just rude. I called to ask if they have Maui ribs this morning, she answers rudely,she says NO.I say ok thank you. She then hangs up without saying goodbye. Rude

I have no words to day...today I bought 4 lbs of Goat meat and I told him last time they give me most of them bones with meat...and I 'requested' him to give some flushes but that guy didn't even talk or smile or no reaction...I think I shouldn't tell that statement because he fully gave only the bones may one lb of meat with muscles the rest completely bones...pls don't do that to anyone...

I've been going to different locations around the area for a while and one of my friends mentioned that he went here for wings when he visited from north Vancouver. I must say they are fairly priced for quality and the owner is great. The wings here are really good especially if you like spicy wings. I got the tandoori and Buffalo wings from here and was very impressed. The only place in the area that has really good spicy wings for a meat shop. Will definitely go back and highly recommend checking this place out. The other thing that I was very happy about was how clean the place was. Thank you and will see you again soon.

Picked up 4 types of marinated mixed chicken and a couple fillets of salmon, my friends loved all the flavours and freshness. Very clean, courtesy service. I'll be back!

Love this place. The souvlaki chicken is amazing as is the tandoori salmon. So good. Just picked up about 40 lb of mixed chicken for a barbecue tomorrow since the weather is so nice. The staff are great and everything is always so fresh

This is a fantastic butcher shop. Their chicken is of excellent quality, and their marination flavours are delightful. Since last year, I've been purchasing from this location. The business is immaculately kept. Also, the crew has very pleasing nature and is quite friendly.

Shop is very clean, staff is very friendly!Most importantly, the meat is fresh and great marinades.I especially love the quality of the wings. No rotten bones like other places and the flavours they have are the best.I drive all the way from North Vancouver to get my meat from here, and it is totally worth the trip.Keep up the good work!

So far I've had a decent experience every time I've come here and the chicken always seems fresh so I'm not sure what other reviewers are talking about. Yes customer service could be a little bit more friendly. Otherwise they have a pretty decent selection of chickens marinated. Pricing also seems pretty decent.

Excellent and very honest customer service. Accidentally over paid on my debit card Friday, and i totally missed it. Went back for more of their excellent fish on Sunday and $20 plus over payment was returned. Clean shop and very tasty meat's. Customer for life.
